The bag and its story
The great team at Insider gave viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how our spa performs a full restoration. The client shared the story herself: the Chanel bag was a gift from her mom, and she always vowed to take good care of it, but younger siblings and shared borrowing made that hard. It became the sisterhood of the travelling bag. After years of use, it sat in a dusty corner of the closet until she decided to have it repaired and cleaned so it could see the light of day again.
What the restoration involved
