How Rental Works
When we reopen to new renters: rent, rock, return.

Step 1 Rent
Create an account and verify your identity with your financial institution; approval can take up to 48 business hours. Then choose the bag for the occasion.

Step 2 Rock
Pick a rental period and your bag comes to you. Share your look and tag @luxebagrental for a chance to be featured.

Step 3 Return
Drop the bag at the most convenient Canada Post location by the due date, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Rental Questions
Why can’t I become a renter at the moment?
We’re temporarily unable to accept new rental clients. We plan to resume accepting new renters in the future and will share updates then. Thank you for your understanding.

If I don’t live in Canada or the U.S., can I still rent or lend an item?
Luxe Bag Rental is only available to clients in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States. We can’t support rentals or lending outside these regions at the moment; this may change as we open more locations.
I live in Quebec. Why can’t I rent?
Because of regional regulations in Quebec, we can’t offer rental services or approve accounts registered in the province.
Is local pickup available for rental items?
Yes. Pick up from one of our head offices during business hours, by appointment:

Are you accepting lenders? Why didn’t I receive a lending quote?
