Step 1 Create Your Account and Add Your Piece
Sign up, confirm your email, then describe your piece and add photos. You’ll get a quote for consignment, a buyout or both, depending on your piece: a consignment quote is what you earn when it sells, a buyout offer is what we pay you. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Step 2 Choose and Send It In
Accept your quote as a consignment or a buyout. We’ll send instructions for packing and shipping your piece securely, or you can drop it off by appointment.

Step 3 We Authenticate It
Our specialists authenticate and process your piece: usually 3–5 business days, or 7–10 for Hermès.

Step 4 Get Paid
Request your payout from your seller account. A buyout is paid within 3–5 business days of processing; a consignment on the Friday after it sells.

Our Commission
On consignment, our commission depends on your piece’s final agreed-upon price.

Tiers are set by the final agreed-upon price, in the currency of your item’s location (U.S. or Canadian dollars).
The minimum consignment term is 90 days. After that, you can ask for your piece back (shipping fees apply) or authorize a flash sale at a new price. Withdrawing before 90 days is at our discretion and costs $250 USD per item.

What We Accept
We take designer handbags, jewelry and accessories from select brands: the Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Dior in our shop come from sellers like you. Not every category or style qualifies; acceptance depends on condition, demand and our current inventory, and submitting a piece doesn’t guarantee acceptance.
What We May Decline
Some Categories
Clothing, shoes and hats; hard-sided luggage over 50 cm; home and décor items (only case by case); non-retail items such as VIP gifts, samples, uniforms or pieces marked not for resale.
Wear and Missing Parts
Excessive wear, damage or strong odors (perfume, mildew, mothballs); missing essential parts such as straps or handles; dated, low-demand or overstocked styles.
Changes to the Piece
Pieces refurbished, altered, heavily restored, upcycled or visibly modified by a third party (pieces serviced by Luxe Bag Spa may be eligible), and personalization that can’t be undone and affects resale value.
Not Accepted
Chanel pieces from the 176, 177 and 178 serial series; pieces with missing or illegible serial or date codes; device-specific electronic accessories; Louis Vuitton Neverfull pochettes from NFC-chip bags, unless the pochette has its own date code.
Selling Questions
When and how will I receive payment?
Request your payout from your seller account. You can be paid by e-transfer, Zelle, ACH or site credit.
Processing. Before a payout can start, your items must be received and authenticated: 3–5 business days for most items, 7–10 business days for Hermès.
Buyout. Funds are issued within 3–5 business days after your item is processed and you’ve requested your payout.
Consignment. Funds are issued on the Friday after your item sells.

How do I send you my piece?
Once you accept your quote, we’ll send instructions for packing and shipping your piece securely to our team. Prepaid labels may be provided in select cases: Canada Post or Purolator in Canada, USPS in the U.S. Pieces sent with a prepaid label aren’t insured by us in transit.
You can also book an appointment and drop your piece off in Irvine or Calgary.
How do you determine pricing, and how long does it take for items to sell?
We aim to price every item competitively so it sells within about 30 days. We can’t guarantee a sale timeframe, but our pricing reflects a careful evaluation of condition, inclusions, color and hardware combination, brand desirability and current market trends.
Because the resale market moves quickly, prices may change to stay in line with real-time demand and get the best outcome for both consignors and buyers. This is also why our quotes are valid for 30 days.
What if my piece doesn’t sell?
We aim to price every piece to sell within about 30 days, though we can’t guarantee it. The minimum consignment term is 90 days; after that, you can ask for your piece back (shipping fees apply) or authorize a flash sale at a new price.
How long are quotes valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days, because resale demand and pricing shift constantly. Your item must reach us before the quote expires. Items received after that will be re-evaluated and may get a revised quote based on current market conditions.
Why wasn’t I offered a buyout?
Not every item qualifies for a buyout. For pieces that tend to take longer to sell, or styles and colors already well represented in our collection, we may offer consignment only.
This gives each item the strongest chance to sell while keeping the standard of curation our clients expect.
