Leather Restoration
Our specialists work to restore worn leather, removing surface scratches, marks, stains and color transfer.
Re-Gold Plating
Tarnished or faded gold hardware, re-plated in 24k gold.
Cleaning
From a quick clean to a full deep clean, for dirty interiors and stains on the outside.
Polishing
Leather that has started to look dull gets its shine back.
Coloration
Stains, scuffs and discoloration that cleaning and restoration can’t remove are covered with a high-quality leather dye and pigment, color-matched to the bag.
Patina Lightening
Darkened Louis Vuitton vachetta, built-up grime, water marks and stains, lightened.

Step 1 Sign In and Send Photos
Sign in to your Luxe Du Jour account, then send the front, back, sides and bottom, plus close-ups of any damage, in good light and without filters.

Step 2 Get Your Quote
Within 48 business hours. Each service is quoted individually, by the bag’s condition, the work and the materials.

Step 3 Accept and Pay
Pay for your quote, then print it.

Step 4 Send or Bring Your Bag
Include the printed quote. Ship it to our Calgary office (the address is on your quote) or drop it off by appointment.

Step 5 Restored and Returned
Most restorations take 1–4 weeks. If we find more once we see the bag in person, we contact you before going ahead.

Spa Questions
What should I include when submitting photos for a quote?
Clear, detailed photos are essential for an accurate quote. Please include:
- The front, back, sides and bottom of the bag
- Close-ups of any damage
- Hardware, corners, handles, straps and the interior, where they apply
- Any stains, discoloration, cracking or structural concerns
Take photos in good light, in focus and without filters. Incomplete or unclear photos may mean the price is adjusted after we inspect the bag in person.
How is pricing determined?
By the item’s condition, how complex the work is, the materials involved and the time it takes. Each service is quoted individually, after we review detailed photos or assess the bag in person.
How long does restoration take?
It depends on the service and how busy we are. Most restorations are finished within about 1–4 weeks; you’ll get a more precise timeline once your quote is approved.
Why might my quote change after drop-off?
Quotes are based on the condition visible in your photos. Once we inspect the item in person, we may find more wear or structural issues. If that happens, we’ll always contact you to go over any changes before we proceed.
Can you work on vintage or heavily worn bags?
Yes. Many of our projects are vintage or well-loved pieces. Results depend on the item’s condition, materials and any earlier repairs; some signs of wear are part of an item’s history and may not be fully reversible.
Where is Luxe Bag Spa, and do you accept clients from elsewhere?
Luxe Bag Spa works out of Calgary, Alberta, with clients both locally and remotely. Non-local clients get detailed shipping instructions once their quote is approved.
Our Canadian location is accepting new clients, and U.S. clients can request a quote for pieces bought from Luxe Du Jour. Our U.S. location isn’t currently accepting clients or offering services; if that changes, we’ll announce it on our website and social channels.
Why choose Luxe Bag Spa instead of a boutique?
We encourage clients to look at restoration through the brand’s boutique first, since third-party restoration can affect an item in different ways depending on the work. Boutique services, though, may be limited, costly or unavailable for some items or conditions.
When it’s appropriate, Luxe Bag Spa offers specialized restoration expertise, personal service and tailored solutions boutiques may not, while putting the integrity and long-term value of your item first. Pieces we’ve serviced may also stay eligible to consign with us; we may decline pieces restored elsewhere.
I’ve paid for my spa quote. What do I do next?
Print your quote and include it with your item. If you’re shipping it, pack it securely and send it to the Calgary office address on your quote. If you’re dropping it off, bring the item and your printed quote with you.
Do you only work on designer bags?
No. We specialize in luxury handbag restoration, but we accept bags of any brand, as long as the material and the damage are within what we can restore.
