Delete Your Luxe Du Jour Account

If you would like to delete your Luxe Du Jour account and the personal data associated with it, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at info@ldj.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
3. In your message, include your full name and confirm that you would like your account deleted.

We will reply to confirm your request and let you know once it has been completed. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an open order or consignment in progress, please contact us before requesting deletion so we can help you complete it first.

What is deleted

When your request is processed, we delete your account profile and personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and any saved account details.

What is kept

Order and transaction records are kept in anonymized form for tax and accounting purposes, as required by law, even after your personal details are removed. We do not keep your account profile, contact details, or addresses once deletion is complete.
