Before You Visit
Can I view an item in person?
Yes. While we don’t have a retail storefront, most of our items can be viewed at one of our head offices. To see an item in person, book an appointment with a sales representative. Each product listing’s description says where the item is.
If you can’t visit one of our offices, ask for a FaceTime viewing or for more photos and videos. Our sales team will be happy to help.
Do you offer virtual viewings or additional videos?
Yes. Contact one of our sales representatives, or our customer service team at info@ldj.com or 1-833-SHOPLUXE (746-7589). You can also book a FaceTime viewing.
Where are you located?
Luxe Du Jour has two head offices: Calgary, at 605 5 Avenue SW, Unit 1010, and Irvine, California, with a showroom. There is no showroom in Calgary, and visits are by appointment.
