I reached out to customer service via Instagram and they were quick to respond; I had requested more pictures of the item I was interested in and they sent full videos and pictures so quickly and were always so responsive. Bonus was that they covered duties up to $50 as per their website and were so quick to reimburse. Most importantly, the product I received was in INCREDIBLE condition! Worth every penny and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
