Acceptance Guidelines
To maintain quality, authenticity, and resale demand, we may decline items including but not limited to:
Product Categories
- Clothing, shoes, and hats
- Large hardside luggage over 50 cm
- Home or décor items (accepted only on a limited, case-by-case basis)
- Non-retail items, including VIP gifts, samples, uniforms, or items marked “not for resale”
Please note: While we accept select brands, not all categories or styles within those brands are eligible. Acceptance is based on current demand, condition, and inventory needs.
Condition, Modifications & Completeness
- Items with excessive wear, damage, or strong odors (including perfume, mildew, or mothballs)
- Items missing essential or functional components (such as straps or handles)
- Refurbished, altered, heavily restored, upcycled, or visibly modified items by third parties (Luxe Bag Spa–serviced items may be eligible)
- Irreversible personalization that significantly impacts resale value
Pricing & Market Demand
- Dated, low demand, or overstocked styles
Brand-Specific & Technical Limitations - These Items are Not Accepted
- Chanel items with 176/177/178 serial series
- Items with missing or illegible serial or date codes
- Device-specific electronic accessories
- Isolated Louis Vuitton Neverfull pochettes from NFC-chip bags (the pochette must have a date code present for individual sale)
