Returning Your Rental
Returns
Your return due date can be found by signing in to your Luxe Bag Rental Account. We will provide you with a prepaid return label inside your package with a label pouch to attach onto the reusable company box when it’s ready to be returned.
Late Return Fees
If you return the item late there is a $50 per day late fee that will be applied to your account and if returned later than a week the full months rent amount will be charged including the $50.
Cancellation
Once the payment is processed, Luxe Bag Rental does not accept cancellations.
