5. You are not required to ship any of the inclusions (Box, dustbag, card etc) with your item but you can if you'd like to possibly sell it through Luxe Du Jour after. The lender accepts all risk when shipping their items to the Luxe Bag Rental Office. Luxe Bag Rental is not liable for any damages or loss incurred during shipment.

6. Once we have received your rental item(s) we will inspect for authenticity, condition and inclusions as stated. We reserve the right to adjust the rental price if description, condition or inclusions was not stated correctly. Please allow 3-5 business days for your rental item to be processed.

7. Your rental item is required to stay with us for a minimum of 90 days to be lent out. After the 90 days if you want your item back you will need to pay for the shipping costs or pick it up at our location. You can also transfer it to Luxe Du Jour for sale. If you want to withdraw your item early before the 90 days you will be subject to an early withdrawal fee of $250.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

By submitting this form, you agree that if any of your items are deemed non-authentic there is a $450.00 fee per counterfeit item in order for you to receive the item back, this covers our processing, authentication time and shipping costs.
