We ship via Canada Post/United Service Postal Services or DHL. All packages are shipped with direct signature or card for pickup and are insured through the company if deemed lost without signature. For high value orders within Canada, Luxe Du Jour will have a collect on delivery payment and will reimburse this once picked up, this is to ensure that the package gets to you safely and is picked up by you. Luxe Du Jour is happy to make accommodations to ship via another courier for an additional shipping cost but note that Luxe Du Jour waives liability on lost and stolen packages if packages are not shipped via card for pickup at the post office if requested by the customer.
