Marketing Manager

Luxe Du Jour is seeking a highly talented marketing manager with the potential to become the next Chief Marketing Officer, ideally suited for a rapidly scaling designer luxury resale company. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of technical and functional marketing skills, along with a deep understanding of the luxury market and consumer behavior. This role will initially be about managing day-to-day marketing activities but will eventually be the visionary thinking that can propel Luxe Du Jour into its next phase of growth. The right candidate will not only anticipate the future trends of luxury marketing but also drive them, positioning Luxe Du Jour as a leader in the designer luxury resale market.
What You’ll Own
• Architect and execute high-impact digital campaigns across social, email, SEO, SEM, SMS, and beyond—because mediocrity isn’t in our vocabulary.
• Stay locked in on emerging shopping trends and keyword intelligence to ensure Luxe Du Jour stays ahead of the curve.
• Analyze, optimize, and own the numbers—we’re talking KPIs, ROI, and the data that drives real results.
• Take Luxe Du Jour’s social media game to new heights—curate content, oversee creators, and keep our aesthetic flawlessly on-brand.
• Oversee our affiliate program and our influencer manager and transform it into a powerhouse for brand exposure and revenue growth.
• Spearhead campaign budgets with precision—every dollar should be working as hard as you do.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies fuel revenue goals.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge tech and marketing trends—because luxury and innovation go hand in hand.
• Manage all contests, giveaways, and collaborations that elevate Luxe Du Jour’s presence.
• Brainstorm, test, and push boundaries—we want fresh, bold, and strategic marketing moves.
• Deliver monthly reports packed with insights, guiding our next power play.
• Oversee the media buyer and steering our paid ads in the right track to lower CAC and increase ROAS
What You Bring to the Table
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or the expertise to prove you don’t need one).
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong command of SEM, social, email, and display campaigns.
• A sharp analytical mindset—you don’t just report numbers, you decode them and turn them into winning strategies.
• Expertise in Google Analytics and other performance tools.
• An independent, take-charge mentality—you thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments.
• A deep appreciation for women’s luxury fashion—if you know your Birkins from your Kellys, we’re already impressed.
